The Attaboy Cancellation Policy:

At Attaboy, we bloody adore our clients, and we hope our clients feel the same way about us! In order to keep this love story strong, we need you, the client, to understand and respect the following cancellation policy.

24 Hour Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. The best way to cancel or change your appointment is to call the Attaboy location you’re booked in at. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. What’s the cancellation fee you ask? Well, read below.

The Cancellation Fee: When you book a service with Attaboy, you pay for 50% of your appointment upfront. Our cancellation fee is this amount (50% of your service) forappointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
Why? Well, we’re a very busy salon and sometimes we book out weeks in advance. Under 24 hours does not give us enough time to fill your appointment and means the business now has to pay our team to sit around for that duration which financially impacts the business.

Rescheduling: Yeh, we can reschedule for sure, and we understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request, based on availability.

No-Show Policy: Look, to be honest, we hate people that NO SHOW!! In the event of a no-show, where you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will lose your 50% deposit, plus, you will need to pay for the remainder of your 50% appointment (that you didn’t show up for) on top of your next scheduled appointment. If you have an issue with this, we can organise a phone call from the bossman to follow it up with you…

Late Arrivals: Yessss, we understand, and we’ve heard every excuse. Just give us a call and commmm-uni-cattteeee please. Late arrival means a shortened service time, full price will bepaid, and probably a rushed and average job from us.

Confirmation: we send out appointment reminders 24 hours before via email or SMS.

Exceptions: Shit happens, and we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made at our discretion.
